| Mensagem : | Is Carlos still at Vale de Carros for Summer 08? We had a great time last summer and Carlos really made it. However, Carlos had said that he was considering a new opportunity for this year so really interested if he is still around?
The guy from Preston is clueless. We have travelled far & wide, but for the money, how can you complain?? Ignore him. |

If its 4 & 5 star resorts that you are used to then go back to them.
You you must of known Vale De Carros wasnt a "4 or 5 star" hotel, so why did you book it in the first place? |

I would class this as the council estate of portugal!If a 3rd rate entertainer and a 3rd rate resort floats your boat then your standards are as bad as this holiday ! |

| Mensagem : | what is this bloke from preston talking about? you couldn't ask for better staff and management nothing is to much trouble,we have been twice now and its the best place to have a holiday. unfortunatly unable to go this year,we are realy going to miss it but we will definatley be back next year, paulo get those shots ready!!! |

| Mensagem : | 5 star holiday the best time ever. we made lots of friends so much so we are going back with some of them this year. excellent resort, staff very friendly always willing to help.This holiday was like home it was such a warm and happy place to be.The wonderful sunny weather made it better and we came back with a loverly tan can't wait to build it up again. |

We had the best holiday ever, so much so on the day we arrived back home we booked to go again this year. Cant wait.
The appartments where lovely and very clean.
The surrounding area was quiet and scenic just how we wanted it. Superb holiday, roll on August.
Carlos, you better be there matey.

| Mensagem : | We booked 2 weeks here and flew back home after a week. This was the worse holiday I have ever had. Big dead rat outside our door, loads of dead birds, that were never cleared away,poor service, terrible kids club. The village of Acoteias was dull ugly, and the handful of restarants had not heard of vegetarian food.The road from Vale de Carros into the shopping area was dangerous dark and overlooked by a field full of bushes. Ideal for a mugger, but not so safe for women and children! If your looking for a lovely family holiday stay away from here! |
